PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR DO IT 4 CHARITY REGISTRATION 1. Only bona fide non-profit organisations, registered in South Africa, are allowed to participate. 2. Registration is free and there is no minimum contract period. You cay cancel at any time. 3. In the event of there being outstanding payments due to you at the time of cancellation, these will be paid into your account at the end of the month following the month in which you close your account. 4. All donations made through Doit4Charity attract a total fee of 10% of the value of the donation. There are no other bank fees or charges. 5. Fees may be adjusted from time to time. In the event of an increase in fees, one month's notice in writing will be given to you. 6. Payments are made on or around the 15th day of the month following the month in which the donation was received. 7. Requests for refunds from donors are granted automatically, provided they are made within 7 days of date of donation, and will be deducted from the total amount payable to you, less any fees payable. 8. Do it 4 Charity makes web pages available to your supporters in good faith, and will remove content deemed unacceptable for any reason without notice. 9. Individuals posting content that we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, racist or otherwise objectionable, are liable to prosecution. 10. Notwithstanding our right to remove content, Do it 4 Charity cannot be held responsible for any such content that may be posted on supporters' web pages. 11. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our website is accessible 24/7, Do it 4 Charity is not liable for interruptions in the service for whatever reason, and cannot be held responsible for donations not made as a result of the website being offline. 12. Do it 4 Charity reserves the right to cancel this service for any reason, giving participating charities and supporters one months' notice in writing.
